Abstract


Securities Investment Fund as an organization is important to participate in the main body of the securities market , the Fund's behavior has an important influence on the securities market . Under the guidance of the government , China 's fund industry to achieve a large-scale expansion , but the expansion of the number does not represent the industry to achieve a healthy development , the opposite of \China 's securities investment funds exhibited behavior alienation imperfect governance structure of the Fund , which due to a considerable extent . Therefore, the use of economic theory and analysis tools to give the fund governance issues for such organizations to play its proper role of practical significance . This article dedicated to the study of the governance structure of the contract Securities Investment Fund , draw the contract funds abroad governance model based on our fund governance in the internal organization of checks and balances , incentives , external competitive market constraints and reputation mechanisms exist analysis , system design and ideas put forward a sound governance structure of funds .
