Abstract


Along with China 's accession to the WTO , in the face of the pressure brought about by the \Bank transformed into a modern financial enterprise governance structure and operating mechanisms , targeted operations , financial condition, with strong international competitiveness . The presence of the huge amount of non-performing assets , greatly constrained the reform and development of the domestic commercial banks , four state-owned commercial banks listed on the road , the two biggest obstacles is the capital adequacy ratio and non-performing assets , the former by the state-owned capital to financial completion of the capital injection (such as the end of 2003 , the central bank of China Construction Bank and Bank of China injected $ 45 billion of capital ) , while the latter is a daunting and complex task , need to take into account a wide range of economic benefits and social benefits . The disposal of non-performing assets of banks , in addition to the disposal means other than traditional bank debtors relief as principal interest rates , litigation Qing received material arrived in loan mortgage asset auction Close liquidation , bankruptcy settled , should actively explore innovative mode and method of disposal and practice, in order to facilitate the commercial banks without reservation , to improve the management and international competitiveness . The system formed from the non-performing assets of state-owned commercial banks in China , mechanisms , and human factors such as start , the first analysis of the impact of traditional disposal methods of the state, enterprises and banks , and then in the analysis on the basis of the successful experience of the disposal of non-performing assets at home and abroad , differentiated mode of disposal of innovative research . The different modes of the different nature of the non-performing assets , namely the implementation of asset securitization , silver political cooperation bulk disposal , assignment of claims to foreign institutions or private capital , multi-channel , multi- mode of disposal of non-performing assets , in order to achieve the economic and social benefits the win-win . The full text of the study, with particular emphasis : the state-owned banks to dispose of non-performing assets of the history at the same time , should prevent the formation of a new non-performing assets .
