Abstract


Parallelizing compiler technology to automatically identify potential parallelism in a serial program through a variety of technical means and efficient parallel programs using the equivalent transformation technique of serial program into equivalent translation technology . Parallelizing compiler , code generator belonging to the compiler backend tasks indicates that the result is based on the parallel recognition and transformed the middle , and automatically generate suitable for parallel programs running on the target parallel machine . The merits of the code generation directly determines the efficiency of the parallel program execution . The parallelizing compiler SW-KAP (Kit of Automatic Parallelizing complier) R \u0026 D background, to explore a communication automatic code generation and optimization of distributed storage structure , the main content and contribution of the research include : 1 , for embedded sets of loop input dependent flow dependence and the index does not appear due to the problem of redundant before communication automatically generated based on the exposure set before the communication code optimization algorithm , the algorithm can eliminate such redundancy . Serial communication code using MPI (Message Passing Interface) library group communication mechanisms to achieve the algorithm automatically generated after communication communication parallelism improvements , improved algorithm can effectively reduce the messaging step . 3, for the traditional algorithm does not distinguish between the neighboring communication and data re - communication, while uniform treatment caused by the small communication overhead problem , proposed by merge array variable generate the communication chain , the communication area is then calculated on the basis of the communication chain and generate neighboring communication code optimization algorithm, which can effectively reduce the communication overhead . The proposed algorithm has been developed by our team of SW-KAP system implementation and application , to verify the accuracy and efficiency of the algorithm .
