Abstract


At present, China is basically a credit guarantee institutions to carry out the main SME loan guarantee , loan guarantees, risk and return not so serious situation has plagued the vast majority of security agencies . Thus, by way of security product innovation, to carry out large-scale guaranteed to find a suitable new areas of business , and designed to meet the requirements of all parties , the risk is small, relatively stable varieties guarantee the urgent needs of our security agencies . This study suggests that the factoring business for SMEs has great applicability to solve business cash flow shortages , preventing an effective means of credit risk . Although China's commercial banks are currently faced with many practical difficulties which SMEs can not effectively carry out factoring business , but if the credit guarantee institutions through specialized division of labor with the bank , providing factoring guarantees , to play its expertise in the SME Guarantee advantages, not only can solve the difficulties faced by commercial banks , but also for the security agencies to find the ideal new business lines , and fundamentally improve the viability of SMEs and development potential . This paper discusses in depth the credit guarantee business and our factoring business to carry out the current situation and plight of focus from transaction cost , resource allocation, risk-averse banks and guarantee agencies business development perspective factoring credit guarantee institutions guarantee feasibility demonstration . In accordance with domestic and international factoring factoring classification for buyers and sellers of a detailed study of different situations factoring guarantee institutions guarantee business mode of operation. While the security agencies in this business in the face of risk analyzes , risk prevention measures put forward , and gives recommendations accordingly.
