China Securities Regulatory Commission announcing that the financing security experimental work will be startup in the near future,And it has been confirm by State Department.The arranged two years innovation will logging on Chinese capital market eventually.The financing security is a trade mode that it is in favor of market stabilization, venture is master well and develop for a long time.First, The financing security is a bidirectional trade,it counterpoise the market struggle. Investors can bull by financing without own fund when the securities markets price is below than it’s own price. Whereas, Investors can sell security by borrowing without own securities when the securities markets price is higher than it’s own price.It makes balancing of securities price,and makes stabilization of markets.The buiding of trustiness, stabilization and efficiency financing security trade system is the base of financing security business. Whereas, securities company will in face of tremendous venture.So,The Financing Security trade and square system has been come true.The system is secured and efficiency with C/S frame.The peculiarity of the system is that it is independency with the core trade system.It include credited business and square system. Account management, fund management, stock management, commission order, date square, square report ets are realized.The primary functions are realized by database procedure.The operating system is MS Windows 2003.database is MS SQL SERVER2005.The tool of programming is MS Visual C++6.0.The paper include the introduce,design of financing security system.The system is appeased lots of requires of safty and efficiency with through and through testing and rework.
