Abstract


ERP that enterprise resource planning , management platform built on the basis of the information technology , systematic management thinking , the decision to run the means for corporate decision makers and employees . The ERP contains profound manage content and advanced management ideas it embodies precisely to meet the enterprise rational allocation of resources , the need to strengthen internal management . Therefore , the major companies in regard to the implementation of ERP as one of the means to improve business processes , enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises . In order to adapt to the new management model , so as to promote the full integration of the company's internal management resources , to improve the operational efficiency of the company's , Shandong Unicom ERP project was officially launched in February 2010 , it is in this context the company 's 3G market development strategy . Inventory management enterprises to strengthen internal management , improve the the meticulous management level the important part , is one of the important modules of the ERP system software . Improve inventory management capabilities to the enterprise inventory control and management to reduce inventory costs , fast and accurate decision support enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness . Shandong Unicom With the opportunity of the ERP system integration , further unified the original Unicom , raw the Netcom materials business operational processes , improve material practices , the strengthening material control , in order to achieve the purpose to increase the fine level of inventory management .
