Abstract


OA (Office Automation) system is one of the most popular and sophisticated application systems in China at present. It is a new official method by combining modern office with Internet functions:OA system makes the official process electronic, digital and more efficient by applying information technology, which fulfill the official automation. So the internal staff of a company can share information conveniently and rapidly and achieve high-efficient teamwork. The system has got rid of the traditional one-stop official mode built in the industrial age and established a new mode with the characteristics of one-stop, one-net and one-chart to adapt to the Internet age. Through the Internet, the internal staff of an organization can work together across time and place. Thus, the OA system has made the standardization management of an organization into reality and enjoyed better controllability for the organization.In this paper, the author is trying to making a high-efficient, shortcut and convenient OA system by re-optimizing the organizational construction and workflow of a company, and thus providing an efficient and effective, standardized and transparent, all-round and excellent management and service for a company. Some major items are studied in this paper, such as personal office, schedule, mail, file, document, workflow, system setup and so on. The system has a unified data source by integrating all the relevant data in the OA management system. Besides the traditional OA mail, workflow, file, this system also adopts the idea of custom project management and knowledge management, gives more focus on the decomposition, coordination and supervision of the working tasks. The system has more features like the accumulation, precipitation and share of knowledge, multi-jump manifold. In a word, this system can create an effective teamwork platform for an organization.Throughout the system development process, software engineering process in accordance with the development achieved in the system requirements analysis process, we used to discuss method to obtain user requirements, according to user needs designed for use case diagram, use case driven model used to communicate with users to determine the system functional blocks. According to requirements analysis process to obtain a use case diagram, class diagram design system to determine the relationship between classes, a detailed analysis of the system. In the system implementation process, to take B/S structure, the use of.NET development framework to the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to analyze the system using Rational Unified Process (RUP) as a system development methodology, using role-based access control (RBAC) mechanism, the database using SQL Server2000.
