Abstract


In the process of library digital development, a great number of digital resources have come into being. The research of books lend-read informationization technology is becoming increasingly mature day by day, and the management of lend-read is becoming digital. But like such organization as Zhucheng city public service center, it manages 233 branch rural libraries, while its lend-read work is still traditional manual management. Under the development of rural libraries, traditional manual management is more and more complex, so some omit and wrong-record of data by manual factor is inevitable. So rich book source brings reader more choice but also inconvenience. So this paper invents this books lend-read system suitable for Zhucheng city public service center, which will play an important role in improving the book management level of public center.This paper analyzes the development background of books lend-read system, researches and analyzes the current situation and need of books lend-read in Zhucheng city public service center, and researches the problems which exist in the same systems. The system uses J2EE language to realize exact business procedure, adopts B/S frame to exam the data which is input from keyboard by clients, displays applicable output data, adopts JDBC digital bank connection technology to achieve procedure development of management and application among digital banks in book lend-read system.In the research of system, the author analyzes the core business procedure in the system. The system finally achieves the whole procedure management of books lend-read, achieves the function of readers, books assortment, lend-read situation according to the clients’requirement. The system can also add the limitation of operator, set the operator’s information, facilitate the operators to know the books assortment, location and lend-certification. In the area of readers’ management, it mainly realizes the query and record to readers. The books lend-read business can be registered by assortment, facilitating the query and file of corresponding books. Finally, the management of data backups and parameter setup etc. will be realized through system management.A fast standard management procedure can be offered to lend-read managing business in public service center by the design of books lend-read management system. Moreover, the operation result of system shows that the books management system can satisfy the common requirement of readers, library staff and system managers.
