This paper expounds the educational administration system needs to solve the main problems in the requirement analysis, and detailed analysis of the system of the user, the function of the system based on UML object-oriented requirement of system analysis and design, in view of the cases on the basis of the analysis phase into the system, and the recognition system establishment of all kinds, also established the system analysis, including the dynamic model of phase diagram, cooperation and sequence diagram of the system structure and system function module are expounded.The solution of the key question is the following aspects:First, according to the function, the system is dividede to students management, performance management, teachers’ management, teaching plan management, teaching quality evaluation and selection management, system maintenance seven large subsystems, and further subdivided into smaller modules of the information management system, and based on the needs of administration system is divided into three kinds:the role of students, teachers, system management, the different roles of different permissions, use JAVA and J2EE technology to realize the distributed systems.Secondly, useing the extendibility design concept, has manifested the versatility and the flexibility fully in system’s handling of traffic class design, is advantageous for system’s whole expansion.Thirdly, according to the customer request and the demand of logic’s characteristic,has used based on the J2EE platform multi-layered construction, through utilizes the Struts, Hibernate, Spring frame, established has satisfied the information managementsystem which the Shandong Xinglin Vocational College of Science and Technology ion management needed.At present, the system has following in Shandong Xinglin Vocational College of Science and Technology of departments and success; and obtained a certain result, improve the work efficiency of teaching management, and the school leader, the teacher, student’s consistent affirmative.
