With the rapid development of world trade , forest pests through the extensive use of wood packaging material to spread the risk has been of concern to countries in the world . In recent years, China has also gradually carried out on the entry of wood packaging pest preliminary study and has been for some wood packaging exporting countries adopted a proactive regulatory measures WPM . In this study, collected since 1985, domestic ports of entry of wood packaging material pests intercepted data and relevant literature , based on the from different countries, different wood packaging situation pest species intercepted , lost China WPM Problems , and the world on the main entry of wood packaging material quarantine regulatory measures were analyzed, and the corresponding regulatory response WPM . The results show that , in 2000 , after the entry from each country or region 's wood packing pests intercepted frequency has increased enormously , which is China and the world is closely related to the development of bilateral trade , especially in Korea , Japan, Taiwan , Hong Kong, United States, Indonesia and other countries and regions, the frequency of pest intercepted increased more apparent. Wood packaging material to wood packaging, pallets of wood care and pest intercepted as much, mainly nematode pests intercepted and forest pests based. Aphelenchoides nematodes , Caenorhabditis , pine wood , pine wood and other nematodes intended ; insects to forest pests such as beetles , long- beetle class , a small stupid class -based. This paper compares the contemporary world as well as the entry of wood packaging for quarantine supervision and management measures , and for the entry of wood packaging pest quarantine intercepted circumstances and wood packaging problems , based on a reasonable Imported Wood packaging and quarantine supervision measures should be pointed out that emphasis on wood packaging output state outbreak investigation and data collection , scientific formulation of the entry of wood packaging site quarantine procedures, establish credit files exporters to strengthen follow-up supervision and other aspects, to prevent harmful exotic trees biological incoming .
