Abstract


Basis for the development of civil aviation security . Aiming at the lack of civil aviation security at work , at home and abroad of similar security system technologies are compared and analyzed, based on C / S structure to Delphi for the development of language to SQL Server2005 as the backend database YN Travelsky- Airport Security Information management system design and implementation of a detailed description of the main points of the system operation and programs. Paper first introduces the research background and significance , and the research content and structure of the paper are described ; then the system is a comprehensive needs analysis and technical characteristics described ; After the system has been detailed network architecture design, module design , database design and system testing , and system function of each module are described ; finally put into the implementation of the system are described for each point , combined with concrete examples put into the design of the project implementation plan . The main work includes : 1. Modular development approach , extraction and production of a number of software -based airport security , constitute multiple subsystems with different functions , depending on the needs of users of each subsystem can also be combined with a separate be used. (2) using round robin reading BKO packets ( China Airlines departing data transmission channel dedicated packet ) in the passenger information way through an increase in departures database application interface program triggered by the real-time data acquisition applications to security send the relevant data in the system database departures , to achieve real-time departure information extracted travelers . 3 Contrast algorithm using image capture X-ray images and reasonable , and use fuzzy time algorithm, so that X-ray luggage images and human correspondence, to solve the difficult security work package corresponds to human problems. The research results have been successfully applied in Kunming , Yunnan Province twelve airports and regional airports , airport security work effectively improve the management level of information protection and security capabilities , to achieve two years, no major security incidents , and withstood practice tested and proven research results are available.
