Abstract


ERP (enterprise resource planning ) is the current internationally accepted management information system (MIS), which built on the computer network as a platform for enterprise management information system in China to promote the application quickly. With large-scale foreign investment into China, China 's small and medium enterprises is also directly participate in international competition, more competition , in order to survive this intense competition , small and medium enterprises to improve their economic efficiency it is necessary to conduct business stream reassembly , have some leverage enterprise resources to enhance business vitality. Therefore, SMEs is an urgent need to establish a set of advanced enterprise management information system to solve information management, logistics planning , production control and other issues . In this paper, ERP and J2EE as the basis for the theory and technology , first introduced the ERP formation process , trends , basic concepts and applications at home and abroad as well as to simplify the use of the Java 2 Platform numerous and multi -level enterprise solution development , deployment and management of complex issues related to architecture , the article discusses the technical components of this architecture , features and technical principles . Second, this paper by exploring the printing enterprise ERP application prospects , ERP characteristics and principles of the application of the current situation in China , the printing enterprise production management features as well as the problems faced by the necessity of implementation of ERP implementation difficulties, and other aspects of the implementation of risk discussion . Then analyzed the design of the printing enterprise ERP system structure model , the overall design of the system is based on the subdivision of the functions of each subsystem modules and the introduction of ERP system of scientific evaluation. Latest research and design materials management in small and medium enterprises ERP production planning management subsystem and subsystem solutions for J2EE (Java2 Enterprise Edition) development platform combining database technology to achieve its main functions , this system high reliability, ease of use strong and good scalability , and has strong cross-platform .
