Abstract


Move materials management work in Qinghai there are several questions that need through material management information system (MMIS) for enterprise information technology reform. Information society thesis introduces enterprise information, enterprise information studied some basic issues, including the definition of enterprise information, connotation and denotation; enterprise information content and scope; enterprise information characteristics and significance, and thus leads to material management information problems and proposed information technology solutions, has practical significance. Paper introduced a system of material management information system, including material management information system MMIS meaning, the main function, the scope, application performance, and trends. Study, materials management system in Qinghai mobile enterprise information technology strategic framework, including Qinghai Mobile MMIS enterprise information basic conditions. Paper through the initial stages of refinement phase, construction phase and delivery stages Qinghai mobile materials management system to promote enterprise information frame design. Through the three-tier architecture to J2EE as the basis for system design and development, the use of load balancing and clustering technology to ensure system stability and availability. On this basis, the paper proposes the use of MMIS promote Qinghai Mobile Enterprise Information Framework Design: Framework overall design work should be carried out from the top down. Material management information system through the user-oriented principle, PDCA cycle principle, system development and basic management principle of synchronicity, top-down design and stepwise refinement principles. While the design of the first to follow the development principles, followed by information structure design module function, such as refunding information management and information management scrapped 12 information management, configuration design is again, PDA information program design (cross-section), database design, and finally the system implemented. System construction is complete focus on bar code identification system testing and applications, information management module features a comprehensive and detailed testing. System efficiency is expected to be explained. Information for all enterprises are facing new challenges, taking into account the characteristics of the mobile enterprise by establishing a general framework for substantive MMIS to solve the problem of enterprise information is definitely not an easy thing, the general rules of MMIS must have a deep research on the general rules of enterprise information is also in-depth research, more important is the Qinghai Mobile's business and management to fully understand the actual situation was likely to promote Qinghai Mobile MMIS information construction. Construction of enterprise information with the various aspects of enterprise reform combined with good management infrastructure and operational mechanisms to ensure effective information technology.
