Abstract


Purpose : the Cha Wu Ling Cellulite particle concept of clinical efficacy for the treatment of hyperlipidemia and explore its mechanism . Methods : Wuling the Cellulite particles capsules group of 40 cases and a control group of 80 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into 40 cases . The treatment group and the control group were given the the Wuling Cellulite the particles and Zhibituo treatment . Changes in clinical symptoms and laboratory parameters were observed before and after treatment . 36 rats fed a high fat diet caused hyperlipemia model of Wuling Cellulite the particle group Zhibituo group and high-fat group were randomly divided into 12 each . The three groups were fed a high fat diet , the Wuling Cellulite particles group and Zhibituo of group were gavage the Wuling Cellulite particles and Zhibituo of , observe the laboratory parameters change . Results: Wuling Cellulite particles patients medication after 60 days , the clinical symptoms improved significantly , serum total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides cool (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) decreased , while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels increased . To manipulate the Zhibituo group ( p lt; 0 05) were significantly better than the improvement of clinical symptoms and lower blood lipid . The same time, after the treatment of patients with plasma malonic aldehyde ( MDA ) , oxidized low-density lipoprotein (OX-LDL) were significantly reduced, and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity was significantly higher statistically SOD activity significantly better than the control group . Animal studies have shown that the prescription has clinical lipid-lowering , anti-oxidation, improve hemorheology . Conclusion: This study confirms the Wuling the Cellulite particles have kidney and spleen, dampness Jiangzhuo , efficacy of Huoxuetongmai , from the basic theory of TCM and modern pharmacology study these two aspects are confirmed of the Wuling Cellulite particles Clinical efficacy.
