Abstract


Yangtze River ship-shore communication since the 1950s , has been using a VHF radiotelephone and Morse telegraphy way , the former shore looking boat difficult problem , which is the problem of poor timeliness , thus bringing the Yangtze River shipping production scheduling difficulties , the vessel is in distress rescue is not timely development suited to the Yangtze River shipping industry in the status quo .
