Abstract


In this paper, the nonlinear model parameters estimated deficiencies of the existing methods , try genetic algorithm into the field of non-linear model parameter estimation , nonlinear least squares estimation genetic algorithm , and the algorithm to measure the non-linear model parameters estimated theory and application of the system . The paper first discusses the necessity of the study of nonlinear science , as well as the purpose and significance of nonlinear model parameter estimation ; induction, summed up the basic principles and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing non-linear model parameter estimation method ; own merits based on genetic algorithm , demonstrated the possibility of using genetic algorithms to solve the non-linear model parameter estimation . Second, the detailed description of the basic principles of genetic algorithms , methods and characteristics : According to the non-linear model parameter estimation objective function , design the fitness function of the genetic algorithm : take into account the measurement characteristics of non-linear model parameter estimation , design and programming based on non-linear least squares estimation of binary-coded and real-coded genetic algorithm . Finally, the non-linear model parameter estimation algorithm is applied to measure the side-netting , wire mesh , GPS pseudo -range positioning measurement to obtain a better estimate results and draw some meaningful conclusions depending on the application , and suggestions.
