Abstract


This paper depends on the university’s laboratory items of basic construction "synthesis training platform of industrial control system". The author has designed the management software platform of PLC S7-300 experiment system, which is one part of the training platform. The experiment system, which meets the need of scientific research and education, can get the goal of training students with the design ability of industrial control system.First, according to the overall structure of the S7-300 experiment system, the author makes the overall plan of software structure; then a management software is designed and achieved by the tool of VC++, in order to make the whole experiment system integrated on the software, furthermore, students can do the experiments efficaciously, the functions of management can be divided into three parts:experiment management, software management, user management, as a result an experiment’s software platform with fluent flow has been built; and then according to the network protocal the author makes the Ethernet communicating part which is packed to be a DLL, besides, the author researches the OPC technology and designs the OPC DA Server which is applied to SIMIT, using VC; finally, the paper concludes the operating flow of the management software with one experiment example which is chosen by the author, and simultaneously confirms that the management software of S7-300 experiment system plays a vital role in experiment teaching.Students can do basic experiments on the platform, and also get the training closed to practical engineering. The design and realization of the system has great value on education.
