Abstract


The media industry is a lucrative industry , which is the consensus reached in recent years , academia and the business community . The media need capital to grow their own development , capital needs to add value through the media , so they made ??a mutual choice . In the case of our country is not a full market economy , only through the official authorization have real combination of capital and industrial might . The opportunities and challenges of the transition countries have an urgent need for the development of the media industry , compared with other forms of capital , private capital can either use and easy to regulation , so relevant policies loose , which makes private capital into the media industry a limited access qualifications . Through the transformation of private capital investment in the analysis of the necessity and the status of the media industry , the positive effects of private capital into the media industry and problems , and sketched out the tortuous trajectory of private capital into this particular area of the media , revealed that Chinese private capital to make policy recommendations in the future direction of development in the media industry , and private capital into the plight of the media industry . Specifically, this paper, by analyzing the way and the status quo of the industry of private capital investment in newspapers , radio and television industry, the publishing industry , analysis of private capital into the existence of public opinion, the relationship between ownership , policy framework , legal protection and other aspects of the problem , propose solutions to problems way out of the woods : in the ideological field , the state should focus on moderate to guide private capital ; industrial policy should promote clear property rights ; consistent macroeconomic policy , the Government should media reform ideas , to private capital to provide a the security and stability of the policy space ; legal protection should be timely to develop and improve the relevant laws and regulations . In short , the policy is an important factor to determine the future development of the media industry , the core should be open and guidance , it is recommended that the use of economic instruments to guide their political orientation on private capital , so as to achieve the norms of private capital investment in a win-win situation for the sound development of the media industry .
