Abstract


The procurement management is an important management of the supplying chain and the foundation of carrying out the management of the supplying chain. It is coming under the extensive observation of the domestic and international scholars gradually. The purchasing cost influences the profit and assets payback of the enterprises directly, and also influences the speed of withdrawal from circulation of circulating fund of enterprises. It brings very big pressure to the sales department to raise up the slight purchasing cost and influences the running well of the enterprises’supplying chain. So, it is necessary to learn the purchasing information in time, and to make fast response to purchase activities.Under the circumstances that the systematic service of the administrative supplying chain is driven, the purchase activities will be carried out the transition from the traditional stock way to the way of the order drives purchasing in order to accelerate the reacting speed that is purchased, improve the competence of purchasing and reduce the purchasing cost.This system adopts J2EE specification to build up the network of a whole set of system, According to the project demand, we analysis the system function and design system structure by Struts technology based on MVC, the technology has offered the safe, steady environment for systematic normal running, and it has a very strong expansion, and has provided the safeguard for the enterprises’informationization for development. The system regards the SQL Server2000 as the enterprises’database, and in order to realize business logic, the article used hibernate technology. This technology improved the efficiency of developing system function. Shopping list that purchasing agent made can inform the purchasing executive of the company through the way of the system, E-mail or the short information of the cell phone. Thus the executive can carry on the affirmation of the order contract in time so as to improve the efficiency of purchasing greatly.In a word, according the above research and design method, this system has the very strong maintainability, extension, transplant and reusability and realized the well view and use easily. They not only can carry on long-range management to the main information that is purchased, but also can get some support of purchasing decision-making that can be consulted. In addition, they can feedback the purchasing order to the purchasing executive accurately in time in order to improve the efficiency of purchasing.
