Abstract


In order to achieve effective e-government, the paper advises appling workflow theory to all stages of e-government, to achieve the administrative departments for e-government system.Theory is an integrated workflow process modeling and process management, and ultimately the theory of business process automation technology, has become organized mining information system performance, the implementation of "business process reengineering" the core technology theory. This article describes the basic concepts of the field of workflow, Petri net theory and the basic Petri net-based workflow modeling, workflow analysis of the rationality of technology, combined with the status of e-government, made the application in the following workflow Construction of e-government system theory:First, the theory can be applied to the workflow process based on the work of government departments to build models that the formal description of business processes. As the Government is a complex social organism, from multiple angles described, in general, from the organization, resources, business processes, three aspects to describe the model; secondly, to take advantage of the workflow theory, using static or dynamic analytical methods and tools to analyze the model has been established, verify the reasonableness of all government business process analysis; third, development of workflow management system, establish and optimize the use of the above model of workflow systems development, implementation the business processes of government management and monitoring.Results of this study, has been successfully applied and had a good result.
