Abstract


Power line carrier remote automatic centralized meter reading system will use terminal equipment acquisition each table metering device 's data , again through the power line communication transmission and concentrated up power line carrier communication process situation changing , not only want to consider the low-voltage electric online presence of rich noise carrier signal presented by the dynamic changes in the impedance , but also consider the communication distance and other unknown factors that make communication success rate affected , and power line carrier communication success rate than relying on outside communication carrier module as well as the medium of communication , is still largely dependent on electricity network of networking and communications relay point location . Geographic information system has a powerful spatial analysis capacity and improve the reliability of space , the attribute data of the organization model and the way to a better solution to networking and optimal relay point solutions seeking problems can not only handle collector collecting massive metering data , visual expression and can map the topology of the space distribution of the various terminal equipment , therefore, the use of GIS technology management power line carrier automatic centralized meter reading system will make the system more complete . The main content of this study include: ( 1) the study is to be established on the GIS platform for many professional applications , strong secondary development requires the selection of a GIS platform , system selection , we selected ArcGIS9 practice has proved that the system can meet the needs of the application system , it is not only an intuitive graphical interface also provides senior auxiliary functions for network analysis and the key point of solution seeking help . ( 2 ) The table meter collection technology principle , low-voltage power line communication system design and system communication handshake and checksum . ( 3 ) the use the Geodatabase object - oriented spatial database effectively achieve the centralized management of data transmission . (4 ) using ArcGIS9 provided network analysis functions the optimal relay point solution seeking , such as decision support function . This study applies not only to the design and implementation of the system , and there are certain lessons and the reference value of similar GIS systems .
