China chooses the market economic system, it is the Chinese Party members that Deng Xiaoping is headed by that analyse scientific socialist essence and result of the market economy characteristic, it was China’s reform and opening that practised the inevitable outcome, it is China that leads to the modernized only way.The superiority of socialist market economy not merely lies in promoting efficiency, optimize resource distribution on the productivity aspect, but lies in stipulating a set of political principles in the subject nature of socialist market economy, operation purpose, even more, this set of political principles embody a concentrated reflection of "the Four Upholding", namely what we often say adheres to the Four basical Principles.The subject nature of the fixed market economy of " the Four Upholding ", guarantee that public ownership occupies an leading position all the time in economical operation; Fixed market and the best combination that planned of " the Four Upholding ", give full play in the role of resource distribution of the market, meanwhile, keep the macro adjustments and controls of the country firmly; The operation purpose of the fixed market economy of" the Four Upholding ", avoid producing a polarization." the Four Upholding " is a principle developed constantly, must meet the needs of economic development of the market to entrust to new content under the new situation.
