Abstract

The establishment and improvement of the system of administrative supervision administrative activities is an important guarantee for the success and the success of administrative reform and the key factors. The text is divided into three parts. The first part, clarified the essence of the theory of administrative supervision. In this section, first pointed out the characteristics of the administrative supervision and the need to carry out administrative supervision, and to define a system of administrative supervision; Second, from the three aspects of party supervision, national supervision and social supervision of administrative supervision system was divided; Finally, the theoretical origins and early practice of administrative supervision system formed were analyzed. The second part is made specific in-depth analysis of the institutional status quo of China's current administrative supervision. Optimization of the external environment, including the creation of a good political, economic, cultural, environmental, and optimize the internal environment is discussed from solving the above problems in nine areas, and vigorously promote openness in government affairs.
