Abstract


China tobacco production and management system implements the unified coding engineering, which is a representation of application in this field. According to the need of Tobacco Monopoly Management, the cigarette packaging in retail must have a 32 yard code. Since Shanghai tobacco business logistics has a large number of orders, customs, and distributes, and a single centre, the logistics center occupied several different types of sorting machines. The difference of processes and data structures between different systems needs the best arrangement in time constraints Petri net is a kind of graphical tool for mathematical modeling. Time Constraint Petri Net (TCPN) includes time to explain the occupation and idle of recourses. By analyzing processes and timing with TCPN, the cooperation of actions in sorting and coding can be improved. It’s important for stabilizing the whole system, and at the same time, keeps its efficiency.Firstly, the problems, such as the big amount of orders, complication of equipments and integration of information, make modeling necessary. Basing on the main functions and processes, the dealing of orders, controlling of dynamic sorting, code printing, and error identification are discussed to analyze the need of integration and the constraints of recourses, to design a unified and integrated system with socket communication, WMS data processing, and multi-task distributions. Within it, the two key sections of data distribution and error identification are focused on. Finally, further optimization of TCPN a discussed when the structure of orders changes.
