Abstract


A review of the basis of the theory and practice of the development of the Chinese and foreign performance evaluation of enterprise performance evaluation research ideas , through the analysis , comparison , synthesis, design and demonstration , do in-depth research on the issue of business performance . This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter an overview of the basic elements of the concept of enterprise performance evaluation , evaluation system , and the subject and the object of the evaluation made ??a clear analysis shows , the last of the theoretical basis of the performance evaluation system : capital preservation theory , principal-agent theory , system theory and contingency theory . The second chapter is on strategic management challenges of the traditional performance evaluation system . The three motive arising from a strategic performance evaluation , the evaluation of the traditional performance evaluation system , the characteristics of the corporate strategic management system and the establishment of performance evaluation index system guidance described . The third chapter in Western countries, the course of development of the performance evaluation system . To be classified discussed first Western countries currently popular strategic performance evaluation system , and draw two conclusions First, the applicability of the principle of the evaluation system , the second is the balanced scorecard relative to other evaluation methods best strategic performance evaluation method . Then , depending on the performance evaluation system using the main , introduced the state-owned capital evaluation system and evaluation system of the listed companies in China , and came to the conclusion these evaluation system is still not a good combination of strategic management and corporate . The fourth chapter is to recommend improvements to our performance evaluation system . Starting from the problems of our performance evaluation system and Balanced Scorecard defects , and learn from Mike · C · Jensen 's \The final description of the new features of the system , combined with XX company case specifically addressed the use of EVA Balanced Scorecard . The concluding section summarizes the operating results of evaluation theory and the operating results of the evaluation and management of Chinese enterprises further analysis of the study need to be resolved .
