Abstract


With the entering into the WTO (world trade organization) and the rapid development of the economic globalization, building enterprises in our country face more and more competition. Thus how to improve the competitive power of the enterprise and to hold more technology innovation becomes the main problem for the building enterprise. Based on this background, in account of the characteristics of the building enterprise, the ways to form technology innovation systems for building enterprise are discussed in details in the paper.There are six chapters in the paper:The state-of-the-art of the building enterprise is presented in the first chapter. The lack of technology innovation is the main obstacle to the endurable development of the enterprise. Thus it is very necessary for the building enterprise to establish a technology innovation system. The technology innovation system is analyzed and the characteristics of technology innovation of building enterprise are discussed in details in the second chapter. The method to establish a technology innovation system for building enterprise is given and also the relationship between the different parts in the system is presented. In the third and fourth chapter, in respect of subject of technology innovation, the selection of the innovation strategy, the establishment of the structure of innovation system and the formation of the innovation system are discussed in details. The relationship between the enterprise, the subject of the technology innovation, and intermediate organization is dealt with. The environment establishment for technology innovation is discussed in the fifth chapter. An example of technology innovation of the 11th engineering Bureau, ZhongTie, is given in details in the last chapter.
