Abstract


With the development of information technology and information concept innovation , enterprise management and a revolutionary change in production and business activities . Enterprise information systems needs to adapt to the development of the global economic environment and the competitive environment of the complex and volatile , constantly improve the information system for the early establishment of data integration , public data can be widely used in the enterprise information system , is an important branch of the enterprise IT development . China Petroleum common data encoding platform based on the author to participate in construction projects , coding and integration of its public data shared goal in various information systems to the public under construction in China Petroleum critical information systems ERP data management ( also known as master data management MDM: Master Data Management) as the starting point to analyze the status quo of oil existing and under construction in China 's \the object-oriented approach to systems analysis and design , software tools based on the unified Modeling Language UML Rational Rose modeling Chinese oil demand of the public data encoding platform . Design and Implementation of the China Petroleum common data encoding platform , the completion of the work of the Uniform Code of China Petroleum and ERP information system of public data (master data ) . China Petroleum common data encoding platform is first used to build a common data encoding platform mode of public data through the review process one of the unified coding system , the construction of public data encoding platform for further China Petroleum and information systems of various public data laid the foundation for unified coding , to achieve uniform standards of public data in the process of integration of information systems , unified release , unified management purposes , done for the future of the China Petroleum and information systems integration aspect in both directions accumulated a certain amount of experience , but also other large and medium-sized enterprises to complete the public sharing of data in the internal systems to provide a point of reference , which is of great significance for enterprises to improve production efficiency and the level of production and operation , improve competitiveness .
