Recently more than ten years’ practice of internet developing proved once more that, the information technology was the direct power of human development of communication; The more the modern information technology develop, the profoundly it is changing the media industry domain. Only each kind of media complied with the trend of the times, they can be in an impregnable position; if not, they will be defeated. And contemporarily, the most sharp question of the humanity information technology development can be that 3G times is coming soon.3G is the abbreviation of the third generation mobile communication. 3G questions and so on influence which future lives to the correlation profession development as well as the humanity, is at present the focal question. 3 G in fact includes the standard the formulation, the system network, the terminal application development and so on an overall concept, its core characteristic is the high velocity, multimedia, the personalization, in the practice we described as "moves on-line" - constantly not on-line, moreover the present communication application demand not technical in propagation velocity limit. 3G originally is the information correspondence aspect IT technical expression; However, along with information revolution thorough, it plays the role which acts in the human society this most profound industrial revolution is more and more important, people in the social politics, the economical and cultural activity each aspect, can receive its influence.3G will be able to affect the communication profoundly, will be affecting the communication idea and the practice and each kind of communication medium, among, the news agency took a national news confluence, has the research value extremely in 3G time. Our country’s news agency is the official organ of the Party and People, every day is providing hundreds of and thousands of characters’ news information to everywhere users. With 3G time arrival, because the medium of communication has changed, constituted the unprecedented challenge to news agency’s development, also has brought the unprecedented opportunity in many aspects for the news agency. Holds the opportunity at the right moment and adjust developmental strategy and the strategy, then the news agency can hold a more initiative status in the future’s news communication competition, and will glow the new vitality.This article is for the purpose of this key moment of the communication technology, base on the development of modern mobile communication technology and the development of mass communication, referred to American, Japanese, South Korean those countries’ experience and lesson which are already applying 3G, We use examples to analyze a series of changes and the possible development form to communication brings by 3G , thus pointed out the influence which 3G possibly produced to news agency’s future, and give some proposes.
