Abstract


Large retail store in the commercial development of the city occupied an important position , they have a great impact on the development of the living and the urban layout . With the development of market economy , the increasingly fierce competition , retail space positioning and layout of large retail stores has become a very important topic . GIS has a wide range of applications in many fields in recent years , especially the GIS spatial analysis is ideal for urban planning , urban planning research provides powerful spatial data analysis processing means to achieve a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative research . The film thesis explores a GIS method , and use it to study the spatial and temporal changes in Wuhan large retail stores in the past 20 years in the layout and distribution of the status quo , as planners and researchers based GIS study large retail commercial facilities space layout for reference . Can be seen by comparing represent the year 1978,1986,1993 and 2000 , the distribution of the large - scale retail stores , they change the layout in the past , the main reason causing these changes have five major areas: population , transportation, economy , policy and historical events . This paper attempts a GIS and MCE ( multi - factor evaluation ) a combination of methods to analyze the status quo of the large - scale retail stores in Wuhan distribution analysis consists of two parts : First, to study their layout features . Second , compared with suitability analysis , evaluation of the current distribution is reasonable . Three factors and five indicators are selected to make the evaluation of the suitability of that evaluation which area is suitable for the development of the area of the large - scale retail stores , which areas unsuitable . The distribution of the status quo of the large - scale retail stores compared suitability analysis results can be found in the current layout in the overall condition is quite reasonable . Finally , on the basis of the above analysis , combined with the overall planning of Wuhan , it is recommended that future large-scale retail stores should gradually outward from the central city to the edge of the city development .
