Abstract


Time series analysis since the 1920s , after seven years of development , in the field of economic and financial , Meteorology and Hydrology , signal processing a wide range of applications . Geographic events and geographic phenomena in the field of geographic information systems , in accordance with the time sequence of them has become a time series , time series analysis must be space-time analysis of an indispensable analysis method . This paper outlines the research status and main content of the space - time analysis , and time series in the field of geographic information systems research status ; then study the time-series analysis of several aspects of the application in the space-time analysis : analysis of spatio-temporal data integrated, space-time predicted correlation analysis and the temporal and spatial data interpolation and matching . Which discussed in detail the merger of the spatio-temporal data , select and summarize ; predictive analysis of spatio-temporal data to conduct experimental research , according to the characteristics of the time series data of the water of the Three Gorges Reservoir water period from 1996 to 2001 , the establishment of the water quality of the Holt-Winters time series forecasting model to predict a specific value and the single factor water quality category of the 2002 dry season indicators , and the overall water quality monitoring sections category , the prediction accuracy rate of 70% , compared with the actual value ; final details of our design and development dynamic monitoring of water quality in the three Gorges Reservoir Area network query system , secondary development of logic , presentation layer, business logic , and data storage layer is divided into three-tier structure based on ArcIMS , ArcSDE and Oracle 9i the multiple query function to access the data , the space-time -series data and four display forms to complete the release of the water quality of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area space - time -series data .
