Abstract


This paper studies two aspects about land supply system, including the problems concerning land reserving and analysis about land selling decision. In the first place, it analyses the background where land reserve system comes into birth, discusses the current land reserve system in China and makes research about the mechanism and running result of that in Longgang section of Shenzhen city through comprehending the system, mechanism and model in foreign countries and Hong Kong .Because of the urgent demand for land reserve lately, we proceed the requirement analysis about land reserve problem though studying the relationship between land use and economic development. In the end, according to the yearly land supply scheme the paper makes a research on the problem of land selling decision using the multi-factor assessment method.. It is concluded that yearly land supply scheme doesn’t only decide the gross, structure and location of land supply, but also makes deeper research on the supply sequence of that, which makes sure the successful implement of land supply scheme, strengthens restrictions owned to the scheme, provides strongly realistic and academic support for the land selling problem. In the paper, I take the land reserve system in Longgang section of Shenzhen city for the example to support my opinion.
