Abstract


The ideological and political work has always been a political advantage , and the fine tradition of our army . In the new era, the ideological and political work continues to provide a strong political guarantee and spiritual motivation for our army more revolutionary, modernization and regularization . The construction of the socialist market economy, our military 's traditional ideological and political work in the face of enormous challenges . The adjustment of the interests of the troops in these challenges , the most significant impact of ideological and political work of the army in the new period . How to look at the adjustment of the interests of the troops under the conditions of market economy , and how to guide the majority of officers and soldiers to properly treat a variety of interests is a major issue that must be addressed in the building of our army in the new period . This research is the focus on the the various interests troops adjust and guide launched .
