Abstract


China is a much less the country . With increasing population and urban construction land gradually extended in recent years , making the land , especially the shortage of arable land have become increasingly prominent , while the arable land must provide strong support for the further development of the national economy , in order to achieve the strategic objectives of arable land accounts for Dynamic Balance all levels of government and the department of land taken many responses , land consolidation is an important one . Land consolidation activities is an important way to achieve sustainable use of land resources and means , therefore , to study the impact of land use land consolidation project , establish a reasonable evaluation index system of land consolidation practice and development of great significance . This paper first introduces the basic concept and content of land consolidation and sustainable land consolidation , as well as on the basis of theoretical . Then in draws heavily on sustainable land use evaluation , agricultural land classification on the basis of the research results of the grading and land quality evaluation , according to the characteristics of the land consolidation project from project engineering measures , economic , ecological , environmental , social , organizational systems and factors coordination aspects of sustainability factors affect land consolidation , in order to establish a land Consolidation in the general sense of the sustainability evaluation index system , provide a basic for specific development land consolidation project sustainability assessment framework of indicators . Secondly, the index weights and scores to determine the role of the the land consolidation sustainability comprehensive evaluation model for different regions to carry out land consolidation project sustainability assessment provides a scientific and feasible method system ; Finally, the combination of Ezhou Mayor domestic national investment in farmland consolidation project empirical analysis , details of the evaluation process , and the results of a specific analysis .
