Abstract


For strengthening water resources development and utilization, increasing the utilization ratio and repeating utilization factor. Industrial circulating water systems put researches, at large, on technologies, which ensure systems operating at high volume concentration.A higher volume concentration result in more microbe living in the system. To control the spread of microbe as well as remove existing colonies different strategies have been proposed.The aim of this study was to test a new biocide under low and intermittent dosed during a variety of exposure time.As we know, traditional biocides kill microbe by the way of changing water character. So, you should test that whether or not your selected biocide can have a good performance in the system. And, when water character of system varied, the biocide maybe decreases its effect or looses its effect absolutely. An aboard biocide based on filming amine technology inspired this research. The aboard biocide take treatment on watering surface instead of changing of water character. According to this idea, the biocide is adaptable and stabile.In the research, we take a trial test on long-chain aliphatic amine as a biocide. Firstly, we examined that if aliphatic amine is of good performance as a biocide.Secondly, we take a general test on killing microbe performances for aliphatic amine.Finally, anti-bacterial performances for heterotrophy, Fe-bacteria, SRB, fungus and alga of the aliphatic amine were studied.Results to date indicate that an intermittent injection of low concentrations has the potential for reducing microbe quantities while maintaining effectiveness.However, further investigations are needed to demonstrate the more information about aliphatic amine as a biocide.
