Abstract

The public security organs in the country 's law enforcement agencies to shoulder to defend the national security , the fight against crime , maintaining social stability , protect people's lives and property from infringement , and socialist reform, opening up the task of escorting . With the development of society, the criminal means criminals become more and more advanced , the public security organs should have the ability to deal with emergencies , in addition to strengthening the communication capacity , traffic capacity , do a good job of public security information is to improve the public security organs in response the basis of the speed . \\I participated in the project part of the R \u0026 D work , the main requirements for system interaction and city / county level data , the proposed two solutions : the first one for the Oracle advanced replication scheme , by configuring the system parameters to establish the main site and materialized view site using a unidirectional asynchronous replication technology . Second for Oracle stored procedures between county-level changes to the library and the municipal center library to establish Dblink, because a day at the county level center library reflected a change in the county-level change library , so according to the county level change library the data through established Dblink to modify corresponding data library and municipal center , so interact to achieve the city / county levels, the central library .
