Abstract

The foundation is located on a weak foundation, improper construction methods, design unreasonable, makes buildings to differential settlement. When uneven settlement value exceeds the allowable limit, will make the building cracking, damage and even tilt seriously affect the use of the building. For tilt serious buildings, you need to take certain measures to be corrective. Buildings of tilt, if we adopt the framework structure and pile foundation, through the pile corrective. Cut pile is amputated part of the pile under its higher side of the column, so the column made a forced landing in order to achieve the overall effect of corrective. Taking into account the overall structure of construction can not simultaneously cut pile, cut pile needs of each pile cap, due to the the column partial settlement will have an impact. The larger the cut-off length, the greater the influence, or even cause other beamed cracking, concrete construction, the crucial values ??and truncation order of the truncated length. Reinforced concrete frame local settlement will make boards, beams, columns generate additional stress, these additional stress is too large, the isomers will crack. This influence on the role of the space frame analysis calculations are more complicated, to be discussed. The building structure is often a complex space system, the actual load is also very complicated, and the reinforced concrete structure there cracking, yield and other phenomena, is not an ideal elastic homogeneous material. Frame structure in the actual engineering design calculations, in order to calculate simple and convenient, and often assume that the main role of the various types of loads in the direction of the structure of the spindle, internal force analysis of planar structure of two mutually orthogonal spindle direction; ignore structure between the longitudinal and transverse contact space, ignoring the torsional effect of each member; the longitudinal frame and the lateral frame are respectively the plane frame analysis and calculation, and assumes the stiffness within the plane of the frame may be sufficient to resist the lateral force in the own plane, while the stiffness in the plane is very small and can be ignored. Structural design often take the most representative of a bay framework for computational analysis of the planar structure can space role does not mean that there is no or negligible, to the contrary, it shows that the analysis of the spatial effect calculations complex and needs further study. Currently, the study of the role of local settlement on the framework structure of space is very small. Therefore it is necessary to the role of the space frame structure, in particular the role of partial settlement on the space frame structure research to identify effective methods for the cut pile corrective engineering design and construction. The model test of the multi-layer framework for this problem, by actual test conditions, and test data discrete trial will be very difficult and not ideal. The finite element method with the finite element method, and constantly improve and computer technology matures, its modeling, load analysis, would be quite feasible, and is also very easy to modify the model and process data. Of multi-layer framework for modeling analysis by finite element software ANSYS and SAP2000 were calculated by changing the load conditions, model structure, analysis, comparison, summarize and theoretical calculations. Partial settlement on the framework structure of space, come to the role of law and the outcome for cut pile correcting
