Abstract


With the deepening of reform and opening up , the science and technology increasingly significant role in improving economic efficiency , especially May 6, 1995 the CPC Central Committee and State Council made progress on the acceleration of science and technology decision set to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education , science and technology are primary productive forces \The purpose of this paper is that by analyzing the development of Hubei Province, more than half a century of science and technology , summed up its success and failures in the development of science and technology , and to draw lessons from history to identify a science and technology Hubei correct road for science and education Hubei recipe . This article discusses from Hubei Province, nearly half a century since the trajectory of the development of science and technology and science and technology Hubei two aspects .
