Abstract


China 's venture capital industry , counting from 1985 , has gone through 20 years of a long journey . Like the rest of the world , China's venture capital industry after 1999 the rapid development of Internet technology bubble in 2000 after the rupture , caught in a low tide . In the meantime, the problems of China 's venture capital industry , in particular aspects of the policy environment caused the attention of practitioners , academia and government . In this paper, the theoretical knowledge of the comprehensive carding risk investment , and strive to grasp the basic concepts of venture capital , venture capital characteristics and the principle of risk investment , in principle, as this thesis theoretical basis . Introducing the world risk investment profile , objective and impartial manner on China 's venture capital industry in the detailed analysis that Venture Investment in China the six achievements that have been made , there are six major issues . The policy environment of China 's venture capital industry is an important reason leading to the presence of six major issues . Then, the analysis of China 's venture capital industry policy environment , its made ??an objective and fair evaluation that our requirements for the development of venture capital firms to consider modifying the \venture capital firm regulations, \boot funds. The paper focuses on a comprehensive analysis of China 's venture capital industry tax incentives , and put forward the program of reform of the tax incentives . Finally, government guidance the establishment of a venture capital fund feasibility . Although at this stage venture capital industry there are many problems , but I believe that , with the constant improvement of the policy environment in China , the venture capital industry is bound to usher in another spring .
