Abstract


With the rapid development of information technology and computer technology , the sharing of medical data and medical information systems interconnect increasingly urgent demand , so the use of a unified medical information standards has become the trend of the times . The Ministry of Health in the 2003-2010 National Health Information Development Plan Outline \standards , publicize and implement the national standards, research and development of industry standards , and the popularization of the existing standard . \HL7 ( Health Level 7) , has become a standard recognized by the U.S. medical community , about 95% of U.S. hospitals , 95% of the medical equipment and information systems applications HL7 standard . In Germany , Japan and other developed countries , HL7 is also gradually being widely used . After ten years of development , HL7 has become an international standard , which in the international arena will play an important role . Due to various reasons , the hospital information system using different technical standards , severely hindered the interoperability of medical information systems , information sharing, and information systems for medical and health institutions to become \Therefore , the use of the HL7 standard as our unified medical information beneficial to solving the problem of the \HL7 standard has become the most widely used in the medical industry medical information exchange standard one . Because of the wide application of the HL7 standard , most manufacturers at home and abroad are using the HL7 standard research and development of medical information industry products , including HL7 message parsing , transfer the core functionality of many medical information systems . HL7 message format conversion convenient medical information system communicates with other medical systems . Papers by the HL7 standard , HL7 supporting development of open source tools HAPI-0.5.1 HL7 message parsing , transfer and format conversion to achieve , and message transmission function tests verify HL7 Messaging Workbench . HL7 message parsing , transmission , format conversion , the thesis research has a very important practical significance .
