Abstract


Since the normalization of Sino-Japanese diplomatic relations , Sino-Japanese relations between the two countries respective one of the most important bilateral relationship . Japan as China's reform and opening up , the first and largest donor countries , its official development assistance to China is an important factor in Sino-Japanese relations , history played an important impact on the restoration and development of Sino-Japanese relations , Japan's a symbol of friendship . Since the beginning of the 21st century , Japan's official development assistance occurred a series of major changes , more and more attracted extensive attention , and will also have a major impact on bilateral relations . Therefore, the study of Japan's official development assistance (ODA) and its change, helps us to grasp the development and evolution of Sino-Japanese relations . In addition to the introduction , five chapters made ??a more comprehensive analysis and discussion of Japan's official development assistance , about 30,000 words . Among them, the first chapter describes the overview of the Japan's official development assistance has sequential analysis of the different form of the composition of the origin and three of Japan's official development assistance , as well occur before major changes in Japan's ODA and its characteristics . The second chapter on the role and impact of Japan's official development assistance to China , Japan , and the Sino-Japanese relations . The third chapter analyzes the changes in Japan 's ODA to China of the early 21st century : 1 , the size of loans to China every year slashed ; 2, the implementation cycle and invest in yen loans to change ; 3 , Japanese ODA increasingly politicized . Chapter IV discusses the reason to change Japan's official development assistance and the impact of changes . Chapter prospects of Japan's official development assistance prospect , pointed out that Japan 's ODA to China still has an important role in promoting bilateral relations .
