Abstract


Administrative means in our country, is the main way for the Government to manage the publishing industry. Legalization of the administration is the objective requirements of the development direction of the macro-management of the publishing industry. China's accession to the WTO, the increasing requirements on the level of government management. China's publishing industry is not high degree of market-oriented management level also needs to be improved, and the introduction of the concept of administrative law of the macro-management of the publishing industry is a need for reform of the publishing industry need.
