Abstract


Software testing in the software lifetime occupies a very important position, is an important means of software quality assurance . When a software development is completed , the ability to actually put into operation and accurately complete the task, the software quality is the key. On how to ensure the quality of software development problems, although many techniques have been proposed and methods , but so far , mainly depend on the quality of software testing to be guaranteed. Software testing has two main objectives: to improve and assess software reliability and security. But according to statistics , the majority of software testing technology to discover hidden fault efficiency below 30 % of the entire testing process discovered hidden software system fault efficiency below 50%. And the existing black-box testing strategies in both white-box testing method or methods , since a huge number of test cases , it is impossible to conduct a thorough and adequate testing. The overall objective of software engineering is to make full use of limited human and material resources , high efficiency and high quality to complete the test . Therefore it is necessary to seek new software testing technology , to further promote the development of software testing technology and software quality improvement. Traditional testing techniques in the implementation process does not consider the problem of software knowledge , so the test can not be done adequately , moderate . To reduce test cost , high efficiency, and high quality software for full and proper test , this paper analyzes the existing testing theory and technology base of knowledge and its related software knowledge will be introduced to the software testing process , the proposed knowledge-based software testing , and to knowledge-based software testing issues of a more detailed study , briefly discussed with examples of its application . Another article also gives a knowledge-based software testing specific implementation process, and specifically addressed the various stages of testing the main objectives and the specific implementation.
