Abstract


Site selection is a fundamental and strategic decision-making of enterprise or factory. It will have a more important influence on development of enterprise and factory; therefore, it is a key project which demands carefulness and scientific methods. Site selection straightly is tied with engineering quality, investment, construction schedule and various economic technique index signs of the hurl postnatal period.In this dissertation, firstly, the author generalizes the basic theories and methods of industry site selection and introduces the basic theory of multi-object decision; secondly, the author applies a many factor comprehensive index method to evaluate suitability of industrial field based on land Parcel and affecting factors value and makes a choice of industrial field. According to the choice, the author analyzes the deficiency of the current techniques of industry site selection and constructs an optimize model of industry site on the base of multi-object decision taking Wu Han for example, meanwhile, simulates run of the model and analyzes the result and fish out a new method for study of industry site selection; Finally, the application of multi-object decision model in industry site selection is analyzed and prospected.
