Steam Turbine equipments always run in high-temperature, high-pressure and high-speed working condition. They always contact each other closely, and it is such a complex system that it declare much more need in the steam turbine equipment maintain and manage system. At this stage, it would be reasonable to make a practical steam turbine equipment manage scenario with the practice in the 200MW steam turbine by referring to the latest maintain and manage mode and technique.First, the thesis discuss the maintain and manage ways and their points nowadays, compare their using points and give advice with specific equipment and specific maintain mode. It put the problem of how to maintain the reliability at the first place to minimize the cost of the maintain works.It is known that the key of reliability maintaining is to analyze the rule of the equipment failure, find out the omen of the failure, judge the status of the equipment and choose the right maintain ways in research.It would be helpful to analyze the reliability parameter by research the rule of the Steam Turbine failure, declare the specific verifying ways and prove the feasibility.The most important characteristic of this thesis is to build a equipment manage scheme manage-information system at the base of research on the practice application in the guide of "reliability centered "theory. It will help the enterprise advance the accuracy of a scheme, reduce the cost and advance the guideline of the equipment management.
