Abstract


The traditional editor relies mainly on the fact that the characters are processed, but publish requires the editor’s planning function more often than before. The reason is very simple: The management color of the publishing house is denser and denser; books are paid more and more goods character. The relation between publishing house and author has changed. It is authors that ask publishing house to publish books in the past, but publishing houses spend a large number of energy to grab outstanding authors now. What is called " outstanding "means bringing the social benefits and economic benefits to publishing house. Under this kind of situation, the planning editor arises at the historic moment.The full text is formed by eight parts:The foreword part has expounded that planning editor’s research background, research meaning, research current situation, research contents and research approach.Chapter one "the planning editor’s t definition, reasons to appear and his function ", make elaboration in the reason of why the editor appears and its function.Chapter two " the planning editor should possess the basic consciousness , basic quality , basic ability ", how to become a successful planning editor at basic conception description.Chapter three " the mode selection of the planning editor implemented in the publishing house " , I use the relevant theories of dissemination, speak from producer makers of the TV , and to compare it with the planning editor , then point out in the future we should establish the editorial office.Chapter four " China and foreign countries comparative analysis of the planning editor ", I carry on comparative analysis from such respects as related degree of nature , wage system , working way , and books marketing ,etc, and realize China book industry has its limitation and we should realize it.Chapter five " the planning editor’s establishment of performance goal and collection of information ", I analyze the concrete performance goal of the planning editor, and describe how they carry on the collection of information in detail.Chapter six" the planning editor’s work result assess ", it’s the last step of the planning editor .It plays a role in weighing , summarizing and appraising the planning editor’s work and it can be assessed from different angles .Chapter seven " the appointing of the planning editorial’s staff " , we should select and pay attention to the various kinds of overall qualities of the editor, and train their planning talents.Chapter eight " concrete use in practice of the planning editor’s theory ", if it is a kind of theoretical direction to the planning editor’s principle relevantly, the main purpose of the article is to apply the theory to the concrete practice.
