Abstract


Construction industry is a high-risk industries, the majority of front-line employees are migrant workers. With the city’s rapid economic development and increasing scale of urban construction, the safety management of construction industry becomes particularly important. Construction industry employees, especially migrant workers, are highly mobile and generally low educational level, the quality of safety education and training carried out by building construction enterprises are not ensured, and part of the migrant workers fail to take in basic safety education and training, so, lack of security knowledge and low security consciousness lead them to victims of accidents. Thus, it becomes an important issues how to set up strict management and service system to standardize the construction market employment mechanism.This study is based on analyzing the application of the Green Card System for construction workers in Guangzhou , this article expounds the system’s significance. Firstly, precise information management ensures the construction industry various safety policies and measures to be put in place; Secondly, it helps the government enhancing the management and service level in the field of safety supervision. Thirdly, it helps employees to improve their safety awareness and to develop their initiative and activity. Fourthly, it standardizes the construction employment market in our city’s, thereby safeguarding their rights and interests fundamentally.In the process of the realization of the use of object-oriented(OO) methods of analysis and design methods,system requirements,system architecture design and so on,using Unified Modeling Language (UML) for analysis and description of the design.Firstly,introduced the significance of the establishment of the system,an overview of the system used by major technology;Secondly,the use of surface analysis methods of OOA of system requirements analysis and use of Unified Modeling Language (UML) use case diagram for a description of the model;Thirdly,according to the needs of a systematic analysis of the overall design,including architecture,with the realization of the cases,the static structure of the system,the database design;Finally,I finish development work,and system run normally.
