In the formal financial institutions before the birth of human economic activities almost entirely dependent on financing private nature of borrowing to solve. With banks and other formal financial institutions birth and development , non-formal finance has become the protagonist of the entire financial market , but it has not quit the stage of history too . In contrast, in the formal financial highly developed human modern economic society, non- formal finance is also showing a strong momentum of vigorous development . Especially among the rural economy in developing countries , non-formal financial plays an increasingly important role. In other countries, although there are plenty of non-formal financial research, but also in our lack of informal finance in-depth exploration . In theory, history, culture , customs and other soft constraints and legal, political and other aspects of hard constraints that affect the development of the rural non-formal finance major factor . Based on the above theoretical research papers , in-depth analysis of the development of non- formal financial activity causes and nature of the reality factor ; and explore our formal financial and non-formal financial development relies on two different paths ; final analysis of the non-formal finance to China's rural economy , social and other implications. And by the above research , the paper pointed out that the development of China's rural financial measures to be taken . On the one hand formal financial institutions in rural areas should be adjusted to the current model of development, on the other hand actively guide and regulate the development of non-formal finance . Thereby promoting the development of rural finance , rural credit optimize the allocation of resources .
