Abstract


The financing is the lifeblood of the enterprise , the basic conditions for sustainable production and business . Gradually reduce direct state investment in the process of the reform of China 's military enterprises , military industrial enterprises, the demand for capital is urgent, and the current financing environment is not optimistic about the military industrial enterprises , mainly in the corporate financing channels , a single channel , the financing effect poor , which makes the financing problems of the military enterprises in China is very prominent . This paper uses comparative analysis and inductive deductive method of combining theory with practice, constructed four different military enterprises financing modes : from the point of view of the economic system , finance , Finance , financial -oriented corporate finance model ; indirect financing and corporate finance corporate finance model both direct financing ; take the joint-stock reform road mode; create a Sino-foreign joint venture enterprise financing model . The text is divided into six chapters : Chapter 1 is an introduction , a brief introduction of the background, research ideas and framework , analysis and comparison of the different characteristics of the military industrial enterprises at home and abroad and financing status . The second chapter is the basic theory of corporate finance . Introduces the concept of corporate finance , meaning , classification and Western corporate finance basic theory . The Western corporate finance theory include: the traditional theory of net income , operating net income theory , the eclectic theory and MM theory as represented modern capital theory , later , incentive theory , asymmetric information theory and control theory . Chapter of the International Comparative Study of the theory of corporate finance . Comparative Analysis of the the representative U.S. Securities and financing for the direct financing of the dominant mode and Korean bank loan financing led indirectly financing mode on the respective characteristics of the formation of reason and revelation . The fourth chapter is the focus of this article , that China 's military enterprises financing mode . This is some of the major factors affecting China 's military enterprises financing model , four different military enterprises financing model for the problems of China's military corporate finance . The fifth chapter is a case analysis . Financing models for the successful restructuring of Sichuan Changhong , to build military enterprises 404 plant financing model . Chapter VI Conclusions and Prospects .
