Abstract


At present, our country is facing a large-scale profession adjustment and the profession interior enterprise organizational structure adjustment. It’s not a long time for our country implements the market economy, our enterprises can’t diagnoses its organizational structure accurately and also can not do some self- adjustment in time. In the process of the organizational structure adjustment, the massive enterprises are unable to carry on the accurate measure to the enterprise’s organizational structure at present stage, thus also unable to carry on the effectively reform. Then, whether has a universal suitable organizational structure risk measure method, provides the accurate basis for the reasonable measurement and transformation of the enterprise organizational structure? To solve such question, the author composes this article.This article first did some research to the risk type of enterprise organizational structure, discussed the relationship between organizational structure risk and the cultural risk, the financial risk and the human resources risk, so as to emphasize the significance of measuring the organizational structure risk reasonably. Then the author created a brand-new organizational structure risk measure model on the basis of Fuzzy Evaluation Method, MLR, AHP and Delphi method. In order to avoids the subjective factor influence the accuracy of the model appraisal, each step of the model design, including the determination of the target, thedetermination of the weight, the revision of the weight, the computation of the scores, the appraisal of the scores and so on, are all as far as possible determined by the scientific mathematics method. Finally, the case showed the concrete operation flow of the mode and confirmed its feasibility.
