Abstract


One to One Marketing is a strategic core analytical CRM (Customer Relation Management) However, most CRM software in the world do not have the ability to solve One to One marketing problems of optimization , and not be able to accurately obtain the most favorable marketing programs , unable to help businesses maximize profits , greatly reduces the analysis of decision - making level of the CRM system . Therefore , the development of a fast and accurate for solving large-scale One to One Marketing Optimization software is particularly important . The optimization problem for the One to One Marketing , design and development of the One to One Marketing optimization software WHCRM . Firstly, from a theoretical and technical aspects of research One to One Marketing optimization the problem software implementation feasibility , and determine the overall architecture of the software according to the data flow diagram . Then , based on the normalization theory of relational database design , database design optimization , integrated use of One to One Marketing database design , data provide software support . Finally , the use of a modular program design ideas to achieve marketing management software , automatic modeling and optimization computing and the use of a dynamic link library , a variety of software technologies for multi-threaded data access interface , and memory pool , optimize application the performance of the software . One to One Marketing to the actual performance of the optimization problem to solve large-scale evaluation software , the WHCRM and internationally popular GLPK (GNU Linear Programming Kit) optimization package comparison test , test results confirmed WHCRM in terms of computing time or memory consumption on performance is more excellent, used LPMDP (Linear Program Algorithm based on Minimum Degree Permutation) algorithm is fast , accurate , and has reached the international advanced level .
